SB14 HFA Perry 3-12 [Amendment to SB14 HFIN AM 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Perry moves to amend the amendment on page 49, Section 11, line 9, following the period, by inserting a new subsection (c), to read as follows:

            “(c) Office of Education Performance Audits. The authorizer shall submit all data collected pursuant to this section to the Office of Education Performance Audits, created pursuant to section five, article two-e of this chapter. The charter school shall promptly respond to any data requests made by the Office of Education Performance Audits as it pertains to student performance and assessment. The Office of Education Performance Audits shall conduct its statutorily authorized duties pertaining to student performance and assessment on all charter schools and shall issue a report on student performance and assessment, as assigned to the Office of Education Performance Audits, pursuant to current code and rule.”
